The new SVP hospital in Ahmedabad and NHL College required a large size Girl Hostel building for medical students. The area given by the Authority was a rectangular shape block admeasuring 1500 sq.mts. & in order to satisfy the requirement of 456 beds, it was necessary to go for high rise building.
Also parking requirements as per Gujarat Development Control Regularity (GDCR) was to be satisfied so Basement and stilt parking as provided over which 9 floors were built.

The first floor housed Dining, Gym, Recreation room and other amenities including an atrium. All the other floors comprised of double bedded rooms. The special feature was balcony attached to each room which are overlooking the Ahmedabad River Front, flower park, Atal Bridge.
The external Balconies & railing in the passage overlooking the atrium have playful colours, appropriate to of Girls’ hostel.
